for any reason, you can opt to return any unused merchandise within 7
days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (excluding shipping
& handling). However, you can only return items that are not
customized or engraved. All Nigaam
products must be returned in their original condition. Moreover,
credit is subject to item being reviewed by our Quality Assurance
Specialists. If any merchandise is damaged or modified in any way by
any other jeweller except Nigaam,
then it can’t be returned. An item credit will be issued in case
the merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient.
Merchandise that has been customized can’t be returned.
